SMS / Text Messaging Terms
The following terms apply specifically to our SMS/text messaging program. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these messaging terms.
Program Description
J&S Productions offers an SMS messaging program through which we send text messages related to our products and services. Depending on the program you opt in to, messages may include account and service notifications, appointment or project updates, customer care and support responses, and conversational (one-to-one) replies to your inquiries.
Opt-In / Consent
You will only receive SMS messages from us if you have expressly opted in to receive them — for example, by submitting your mobile number through a form on our website, by replying to a message to confirm enrollment, or by otherwise providing your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted. Consent to receive marketing or promotional text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message consent is not purchased, rented, sold, or shared with any third party.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on your interactions with us and the program you have opted in to. You may receive messages on a recurring basis.
Costs — Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply. Any charges will be billed by, and payable to, your mobile service provider. J&S Productions does not charge for the messages themselves, but your carrier's standard message and data rates apply to each message sent or received. Please contact your wireless provider for details about your messaging plan.
Opt-Out — STOP
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed, after which you will no longer receive SMS messages from that program. If you want to join again, you can opt in as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages to you.
Help — HELP
If you are experiencing any issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or contact us directly at [email protected] or 206.696.5200. Replying HELP will return a message with our contact information and support instructions.
Supported Carriers & Carrier Liability
Carriers (including, but not limited to, AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their respective affiliates) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed. Supported carriers may change without notice.
Privacy
No mobile information, including phone numbers collected through our SMS program and your consent to be contacted, will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information is only shared with service providers that help us operate the messaging program (for example, our SMS platform provider), and only to the extent necessary to deliver the service. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by J&S Productions. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
